We offer two convenient ways to place your order:
1. Online Order (Domestic & International Shipping Available)
This option is ideal for customers who are unable to visit Niseko in person.

Please reach out to us via the inquiry form or by email.
Let us know the product name, desired size, and quantity.
STEP 2｜Invoice & Payment
Once we confirm your request, we will send you an invoice.
After you check the details and confirm, we’ll send you a secure payment link.
STEP 3｜Shipping
After your payment is confirmed, we will ship the product.
We will ask for your name, address, and phone number.
Shipping is available both within Japan and internationally.
2. Try-On & Purchase in Niseko (By Reservation Only)
If you are planning to visit Niseko, you are welcome to try on our jeans in person at our pop-up store.
This is a great opportunity to feel the fabric and fit for yourself before finalizing your purchase.

Please make a reservation in advance for your preferred visit date.
Contact us by form or email with your preferred date, the product name, size, and quantity.
STEP 2｜Pay a 50% Deposit
To reserve your item, we ask for a 50% deposit at the time of order confirmation.
Once we confirm the details, we’ll send you an invoice and a secure payment link.
STEP 3｜Try-On & Final Payment
You can try on the jeans at our Niseko pop-up store.
If everything looks good, you can complete the remaining 50% payment and take the product with you.

"Hue Cross" offers a unique selection of items with stories—from locally made teas by small independent brands to vibrant textiles from indigenous communities around the world. It’s the kind of shop where you’re sure to find something special.
There's also an attached café for you to enjoy.
